Ticket QR codes will be emailed to you one week before the event. If you purchase within the final week, they’ll be sent immediately.

Check-in starts at 9:00 AM on Friday, May 16. We strongly recommend taking Friday off and getting there before Camp Orientation kicks off at 3:30 PM sharp!

You’ll need your government-issued photo ID and your emailed QR codes for each item you purchased (ticket, meal plan, cabins, etc.).

Camp closes on Monday, May 19 at 12 PM noon.

Yes. You have unlimited ins and outs all weekend. Just keep your wristband and car pass with you.

Daily team-based games where you compete in short mini-games in front of a big crowd. Come and spectate, or raise your hand to compete if you’re feeling up for the challenge.

Join the Showcation-wide WhatsApp community to get real-time updates, schedule changes, and announcements all weekend long. It’s also a great way to ask questions and connect with other campers.
Once you’re placed on a Camp Team, you’ll also be added to a separate WhatsApp chat just for your team — where the real shenanigans, strategy, and team bonding go down. Trust us, you’ll want both chats on your phone before you hit the gate.

Bring good energy, stay hydrated, PARTICIPATE, respect your fellow campers and staff, and leave no trace.

Don't bring prohibited items (see below), don't damage the grounds, don’t remove the plastic from beds (we will charge you $250 if we find out you did), and don’t create non-consensual or unsafe situations. Better for ask for permission than for forgiveness by visiting the Info booth or emailing info@showcation.camp

No. Please do not wash dishes in bathroom sinks. Plan accordingly.

Leave the land as good (or better) than you found it. Pack out what you pack in, dispose of trash properly, and respect the beautiful natural environment of Camp Ramblewood.

Yes. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older — no exceptions.

No. While creative outfits and costumes are highly encouraged, clothing is required in public spaces.

No pets are allowed at camp. Venue policy, no exceptions sorry.

No large or renegade sound systems allowed without prior approval. Handheld portable speakers are fine.

Only with prior approval and a media pass. Unauthorized professional photography, videography, and drone usage are prohibited.

food & beverage

Meal Plans: Pre-purchased, all-you-can-eat brunch and dinner in the Dining Hall, covering many dietary needs.
Food Vendors: Delicious meals and snacks available for purchase from local vendors (Bang Burgers, HayaFare, Cotton Candi Machine, Pepper’s Pickles, Lucky Shot Coffee, and more).
Personal Food: You can bring your own food, but there are no public kitchens or refrigerators. Ice is sold onsite for $5/bag to keep perishables cold.

The meal plan covers brunch and dinner each day in the Dining Hall. Meals are camp-style (buffet) and include options for most dietary restrictions like vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free.

Yes! You can purchase a meal plan at the Info Booth when you arrive, while supplies last.

Yes, Showcation is a BYOB event. Bring your own drinks — just no glass containers!

Some food vendors offer non-alcoholic beverages like coffee, lemonade, and mocktails. Ice for coolers is available for $5 a bag.

Yes. There are free water refill stations throughout the campgrounds, and all indoor sinks are filtered and potable. We recommend bringing a reusable (non-glass) water bottle or Camelbak to stay hydrated!

Camp Ramblewood is easily accessible by car, about 1–3 hours from major cities like Baltimore, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and NYC.

Yes! Shuttles run between Aberdeen Amtrak Station and Showcation on Friday, May 16 and Monday, May 19. Shuttles can be purchased on the website for the following times:
Friday: 12:25 PM, 2:05 PM, and 7:50 PM
Monday: 6:50 AM, 9:05 AM, and 11:30 AM
You can also show up and see if there’s space left! Worst case, Uber and Lyft can also drive straight up to the gate.

There’s a staffed Medical Tent onsite for emergencies or first aid. In any urgent situation, notify a staff member immediately.

Yes. If you're parking onsite, camping with your car, or bringing an RV, you’ll need to purchase a vehicle pass.

Beds are twin-sized Tempurpedic mattresses wrapped in protective plastic.
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels).
Removing the plastic wrap will result in a $250 charge from the venue.
Most group cabins have private or semi-private bathrooms.

Please secure your tents and shade structures properly (it can get windy!).

No generators are allowed in the campgrounds.

Yes! Official Showcation gear and artist merch will be available next to the Info Booth. Bring cash or a credit card to snag this year’s swag before it sells out.

Expect very limited service. Download anything important before arriving and prepare to unplug for the weekend!

Public indoor bathrooms are available in cabins noted on the map and by signage.
There is also a set of port-o-potties also located near the lake stage.
All group cabins will also have private or semi-private bathrooms.

No. Swim at your own risk. Look out for yourself and others.

No. Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited to protect you from the snapping turtle and the snapping turtle from you.

Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits. No open flames, fireworks, or unauthorized fire performances.

Only if you attend a mandatory fire safety meeting onsite and have insurance coverage.
